Return Policy Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. If you are returning beacuase you simply do not need the item or have found it elsewhere we will honor the return but you will have to pay the return shipping cost with tracking and signature as well as insurance for the amount purchased.

*If you have altered, cut or used the items we cannot offer a return.

To complete your return contact us with an order # and reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
We will not know who the purchaser is and not be able to issue a refund.

Incorrect Address:

Building Materials Suppliers will only ship to the address provide by the customer in the order info placed. Please be sure to double check the shipping address is correct before payment. If you made a mistake and realize you have a different address you would like shipped to we need to be notified prior to shipment. We are not responsible for customers providing incorrect shipping addresses. Upon shipment we send all customers a message with tracking and shipment information, that is a last chance to confirm or make changes in delivery address. Once delivered we cannot recover a package from an incorrect address destination. Only the customer can make that request from postal service and tracking info provided. You can also request to have your items shipped with signature required. Be sure there is a person available to receive and sign for packages at the location from 8AM -7PM if you choose this option.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges and Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item that is not damaged or incorrect item supplied. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
